Scope
This adds to our Privacy Policy for “consumer health data” under the Washington My Health My Data Act, Nevada SB 370 and Connecticut’s consumer health data law.
Health data we collect and why
Body measurements (height, weight, weigh-ins), sex, birth date, activity level, weight goals, food and nutrition diary, journal notes, coaching check-ins and intake forms (which can include allergies and injuries). We collect them from you (and from your coach, for plans and targets they set) only to provide Macrocellar’s tracking and coaching features you ask for.
Sharing
We share consumer health data only with a coach you choose (with your consent) and with the processors on Service providers that host and deliver the service. We do not sell consumer health data and never share it for advertising. We do not use geofencing.
Your rights
You can confirm whether we collect or share your consumer health data, get a list of everyone we shared it with, access it, delete it and withdraw consent. Use the in-app tools (Settings → Your data, Settings → Account) or email privacy@macrocellar.com. We respond within 45 days. If we decline, you can appeal by replying with “Appeal” in the subject; we decide within 45 days, and if you’re not satisfied you can contact your state Attorney General.
