Delete your account

In the app

• Open Me → Settings → Account.
• Tap Delete account and confirm with your password.
• Your account and data are deleted straight away.

Want a copy first? Settings → Your data → Download saves everything as a file.

Coaches

Cancel your subscription first in Settings → Billing on the coaching website, then delete your account in the app as above, or email us. Your clients are told that your coaching has ended and keep all their own data.

By email

Can’t sign in? Email privacy@macrocellar.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll confirm it’s you and delete it within one month (usually much sooner).

What’s deleted

• Deleted: your profile, body stats, diary, weigh-ins, journal, recipes, custom foods, favourites, check-ins, coaching links, notification settings and push tokens. Coaches: also client notes, templates and coach settings.
• Kept, without your name: the nutrition of barcoded foods you shared to the catalogue.
• Kept for the law: coach billing records for 6 years (tax law), and the one-way email and card hashes that stop free trials being reused.
• Backups: copies roll off within 30 days.
